There are sayings that a
businessperson must treat their customers like the celebrities and stars. To
become prosperous businessperson throughout his/her life, one must keep
themselves tight to this truth. Today , I am going to relate some true
incidences of Bhutanese men and women owning their businesses in the country.
They are very fortunate that they could have this bright idea of running their
own business and their companies growing day after day. But with many
businesspersons today in the country, their attitude towards their customers
are changing. They are beginning to have wrong motives about them and they
start to segregate customers from ‘can afford’ and ‘can’t afford’. It is absolutely
wrong to think that once you have your business growing rapidly, you have to stop
thinking about your business future. A single customer can affect the whole
reputation of your business and lead you to either ways, ‘Success’ or
‘Failure’. If your business is growing well and fast, you must be more careful
about the customers and your business. You must think about improving and
attracting more customers and provide better services and quality products.

What most shopkeepers do
today is just the opposite of what I aforementioned. When they start to get
good number of customers, they begin to neglect the average customers. Once you
ignore a person, that single person will have a negative feedback for your
business and he can influence so many of her friends, relatives and mates not
to visit your store. You still may think that, you have lot more other
customers who would fill their carts from your store but definitely each one of
those would gradually turn their back on you upon hearing about the way you are
to other customers. You must keep your business startup attitude for the whole
business career, and that is the sure fire tips to successful business career.
